OUR PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS

Are WELLOUS products approved by the Ministry of Health (MoH)/Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM)?
Yes, the KKM and MoH approved all WELLOUS products. All WELLOUS products are manufactured and tested for identity and purity by independent labs. All claims are supported by clinical research and scientific data.

Can I take more than one supplement at the same time?
All WELLOUS products are formulated to work together coherently.

What kind of ingredients are being used in WELLOUS products ?
Raw materials and patented ingredients sourced locally and internationally.

How do I know if the product is suitable for me?
Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend sharing the ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

Where can I find the full list of ingredients?
All of the ingredients can be found at the bottom of each product page. If you scroll all the way to the bottom, you will be able to see the full list of ingredients and their functions respectively.

Where can I find more information on the bundle discounts for each product?
At each product page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the “Bundle Discounts” tab. You will be able to see a detailed table on how much you are able to save with every additional unit purchased.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How and where does seedfix.co ship to?
seedfix.co ships nationwide via DHL.

How much does shipping cost?
seedfix.co is proud to provide free shipping services for all our customers.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Should the DHL personnel contact you on the import duties and taxes upon delivery, please email us at care@seedfix.co with the relevant information and we will sort it out for you immediately – no fuss, no questions asked.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
An order confirmation email will be sent for all successful orders.

How can I track my order?
An email with your tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be reflected on DHL’s tracking system.

How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
Depending on your location, it takes 1-3 days for West Malaysia and 3-7 days for East Malaysia.

What is seedfix.co return policy?
If you wish to return your products, please ship the unopened products back to us in order to receive a full refund.

Kindly note that we do not perform refunds for return shipping charges.
